JURISDICTION: ENGLAND & WALES

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging with JAKS GROUP LTD services, you enter into a binding contract governed by English Law. These terms override any previous verbal or written agreements.

2. Liability Limits & Food Safety

JAKS GROUP LTD maintains comprehensive Public Liability Insurance. However, we are not liable for allergic reactions where the customer has failed to disclose dietary restrictions through our designated portal. Our liability for any order is strictly capped at the purchase price of said order.

3. Delivery Windows & Force Majeure

While we target 30-minute delivery, time is not "of the essence" in the legal sense. We are not liable for delays caused by "Act of God", extreme weather, or major London transport strikes. In such cases, we will offer service credit but not cash refunds.
